How to make yogurt at school
A) What you need:
a) Ingredients:
Milk
Dry milk or sour cream
A yogurt
b) Equipment:
A saucepan
A fork and a spoon
A bolw
A towel
B) Instructions:
- Put the milk in a saucepan.
- Heat the milk (don’t boil it). Stir the milk with a spoon.
- Cool the milk with cold water to 45o
- Mix the yogurt and the sour cream.
- Add the mixture to the cool milk.
- Empty the mixture in a bolw.
- Cover the bolw with a towel.
- Leave for 24 hours.
- Put the yogurt in the refrigerator.
10. Enjoy the yogurt.
