Home made yogurt

How to make yogurt at school

 

A) What you need:

a)      Ingredients:

Milk

Dry milk or sour cream

A yogurt

 

b)      Equipment:

A saucepan

A fork and a spoon

A bolw

A towel

 

B) Instructions:

  1. Put the milk in a saucepan.
  2. Heat the milk (don’t boil it). Stir the milk with a spoon.
  3. Cool the milk with cold water to 45o
  4. Mix the yogurt and the sour cream.
  5. Add the mixture to the cool milk.
  6. Empty the mixture in a bolw.
  7. Cover the bolw with a towel.
  8. Leave for 24 hours.
  9. Put the yogurt in the refrigerator.

10. Enjoy the yogurt.
